Four decades for the attainment of dignified, prosperous and equal rights of the people in Nepal and South Asia. Several repression and jail by notorious government and system. Coordinated Joint Struggle Committee of Democrats and Communists against single party authoritarian Panchayat regime of the King in 1990 people's movement in Nepal. Advocacy for all human rights for all through international, UN and regional forums. Chaired INSEC (insec.org.np) a Nepali NGO and FORUM-ASIA (forum-asia.org) and SAHRM (south Asian initiative for human rights mechanism in south Asia). Currently leading Provincial Planning Commission of Province1, Nepal as Vice-Chair.
