Our own incompetency has propelled so called intervention from outside and inside. Leaders think they are omnipotent whereas in every steps they have proven to be impotent. They should re-call to define correctly the slogan once given by late king Birendra; POLITICS FOR DEVELOPMENT. People need food first and freedom to earn and grow for food. Food does not connote only cereals and freedom does not mean only freedom to work (as slave and or wage earner).
